Delete your Ovati account

You can permanently delete your Ovati account and associated application data from inside the app.

Delete in the app

Open Ovati, go to Profile, open account settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. This removes your Ovati profile, family profiles, saved guidance, prayer activity, credit activity, referrals, AI response cache, and authentication account.

If you cannot access the app

Email technaski@gmail.com from the address connected to your account with the subject “Ovati account deletion request.” We will verify the request before deleting account data.

Subscriptions

Deleting an Ovati account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent renewal.

What may be retained

Ovati may retain limited records only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. De-identified information that can no longer be linked to you may also be retained.
